Есть ли ограничения для гипокси-гипероксической тренировки?

Интервальная гипоксическая тренировка подходит как для здоровых людей или спортсменов, так и для людей со слабым здоровьем или хроническими заболеваниями. Будущим мамам рекомендуется начинать тренировки со второго триместра беременности. Впрочем, есть и противопоказания:

  • Пациенты с диагностированным пороком сердца перед первой тренировкой должны проконсультироваться с врачом узкой специализации.
  • При острых инфекциях, например, при простуде, желудочно-кишечных инфекциях или повышенной температуре, интервальная гипоксическая тренировка противопоказана.
